Convert-VH version 1.11
=======================

The README is used to introduce the module and provide instructions on
how to install the module, any machine dependencies it may have (for
example C compilers and installed libraries) and any other information
that should be provided before the module is installed.

Convert and Manipulate telco V and H coordinates.
Currently this package only supports the translation of V+H to Lat/Long.
Results are returned in decimal degrees.
Future versions will do mileage calculation between V+H coordinates, and convert Lat/Long to V+H coordinates.
	1.0 release, initial release;
        1.01 release, fixes VandH.pm to use Math::Complex - some V and H coordinates were coming out with negative square root errors, this fixes that.;
	1.10 release, Adds distance calculations. Results are in miles;
 	1.11 release, fixes prereq_pm directive in Makefile.PL (closes: 16722)		


INSTALLATION

To install this module type the following:

   perl Makefile.PL
   make
   make test
   make install
